Streaming TV is no longer just a brand awareness channel. It’s becoming a core part of the performance marketing mix, alongside search and social. Vibe.co is building the platform that makes TV work like the rest of the acquisition stack: targeted, measurable, and optimized for results.
Vibe.co is an Audience First Streaming TV Advertising platform that gives marketers the tools to reach the right audiences, optimize campaigns in real time, and understand what’s actually driving business outcomes. With hyper-targeted segmentation, AI-powered recommendations, real-time optimization, and incrementality measurement, Vibe brings the precision and accountability of digital advertising to the biggest screen in the house.
Today, more than 12,000 brands use Vibe.co to reach 120 million+ households. And in August 2026, Vibe.co became a Walmart company, opening up a new chapter for the business and the industry. With Walmart’s first-party data and purchase signals now part of the Vibe platform, advertisers can connect TV advertising to real-world transactions and measure the impact of CTV with a level of precision previously associated with platforms like Google and Meta.
This is a unique moment to join Vibe. With Walmart’s scale, data, and reach behind us, we’re building the next generation of TV advertising and creating a more measurable, performance-driven future for the channel.

About the Role

You'll join Vibe's GTM Operations team, the group that owns the systems Sales, SDRs, CSMs, and AMs use every day. Salesforce is our source of truth for prospect and customer data, account assignment, and pipeline management. Until now, a strong team of distributed contractors has maintained it. We're bringing it in house, and you'll be one of the people who builds and runs it day to day.

You'll work alongside our Senior Salesforce Administrator, to build and execute the systems roadmap. You'll build against that shared roadmap: shipping flows, fixing data issues, and keeping our integrations healthy. You'll get real ownership over pieces of an instance the whole company depends on. You'll also work with the newest AI tooling for CRM administration, and you'll sit close enough to the business to see why each request matters. This role is built for growth. Our goal is for you to take on more of the design work over time.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain the Salesforce instance

  • Build, test, and maintain the flows behind our funnel (assignment, routing, etc.), working from designs agreed with the Senior Admin

  • Own the day-to-day admin queue: user management, permissions, fields, layouts, reports, and dashboards

  • Investigate and fix data integrity issues before they reach a rep's workflow

  • Document what you build so the next person can understand and extend it

Keep the GTM stack healthy

  • Monitor our integrations with Outreach/Kaia, Default, and other connected tools, and catch sync failures early

  • Triage issues as they come up: fix what's in your lane and escalate the rest with a clear diagnosis

  • Contribute to integration changes and to monitoring for data divergence between Salesforce and our other internal systems

Partner with the business

  • Take requests from Sales, SDR, CSM, and AM teams, ask the questions needed to understand the real need, and scope them into the roadmap with the Senior Admin

  • Help reps and managers get the most out of the systems we've built

  • Use AI to speed up Salesforce build, testing, and documentation, and share what works with the team

What You Need
  • 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience in a production org

  • Salesforce Administrator certification, or equivalent hands-on experience

  • Experience building and troubleshooting Salesforce flows in a live revenue environment

  • Familiarity with how GTM tools like Outreach, Default, Calendly, or Gong connect to a CRM, and comfort debugging when a sync breaks

  • Hands-on use of Claude or a comparable AI tool in your Salesforce work, with specific examples of what it changed

  • A habit of asking "why" before building, and of writing things down

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship

Nice to Haves
  • Exposure to the Salesforce API, SOQL, or Apex, even if you're still building depth there

  • Experience on an in-house team, not only client-side implementation work

  • Enough comfort with pipeline and GTM metrics to understand what a request is trying to move

  • Experience with data quality checks, validation rules, or CRM hygiene projects

Our Values

At Vibe, we run on three values: Impact, Ambition, and Urgency. We tie every goal to a real business outcome, think 10x rather than settling for good enough, and move daily rather than waiting for perfect conditions.

You'll thrive here if you take ownership of your work, default to action, ask for help early when you're stuck, and measure yourself on results rather than effort.

This is a high-performance environment with high-performance rewards. You'll work alongside people who push you and get real ownership over hard problems in a fast-moving market, with the support to grow into more.

If that sounds like the best version of your career, we want to meet you.

What We Offer

For candidates in New York, the base salary range for this role is $125,000–$175,000, plus variable.

At Vibe, we want you to build something, own something, and grow fast. Here's how we back that up:

  • Variable pay: Based on real Vibe business goals.

  • Full health coverage: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.

  • 401(k) with matching: We invest in your future, not just your output.

  • Flex PTO: Take the time you need. We measure results, not hours.

  • Workspace worth showing up for: Our Flatiron office is full of natural light, we're in 4 days a week with flexibility built in, and our amazing workplace experiences manager keeps the space.

  • Parental leave: Paid leave for all parents.

  • Annual offsite: The whole team, once a year, somewhere worth the trip.

Our Interview Process

We respect your time. Here's exactly what to expect, with no surprises and no ghosting.

  1. Recruiter screen: 30 min. We'll share context; you'll share yours.

  2. Manager interview: Meet the person you'd work with directly.

  3. Take-home assignment + live debrief: A real problem, not a trick. We'll work through it together.

  4. Calibration interview: A senior leader joins to make sure we're holding a consistent, high bar.

  5. Offer: Fast. We don't let good decisions sit.

Equal Opportunity

Vibe is an equal opportunity employer. We evaluate all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

We believe the best ideas come from teams with different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. If you need a reasonable accommodation during the application or interview process, please let us know.
