Job summary
As a VP-level Product Delivery Director in Securities Services, you will lead a dedicated team to govern and optimize a complex, strategically important portfolio across a multi-million dollar budget. You will drive standards for program owners, elevate key risks to leadership, promote consistency across lines of business, and provide data-driven insights that enhance investment governance in partnership with stakeholders across the CIB and the broader franchise. Your role blends strategic oversight, operational rigor, and results-oriented delivery to ensure the highest-value outcomes for the business.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead a dedicated team to manage key activities and delivery outcomes across the Securities Services portfolio
  • Direct principal activities that optimize portfolio governance and strategic change spend, ensuring alignment to business priorities
  • Oversee a portfolio of strategically important and complex programs, establishing clear standards for program owners
  • Proactively identify and escalate key risks, providing timely, data-driven insights to senior leadership
  • Promote consistency, best practices, and disciplined controls across supported lines of business and functions
  • Build portfolio collateral and synthesize insights to inform decision-making and enhance investment governance
  • Develop and maintain strong external and internal relationships to monitor trends and evolve approaches, technologies, and channels where relevant

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of experience delivering products, programs, or technology applications with proven portfolio or program leadership at scale
  • Extensive experience leading operational management, change readiness, and enterprise-wide release and deployment processes
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, technical design fundamentals, and data analytics to drive insight-led decisions
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to differing audiences, including senior stakeholders, and influence outcomes across groups and regions
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in an agile environment and deliver amidst continuous change with strong control orientation aligned to policy and regulatory standards
  • Inclusive leadership with a track record of developing talent and collaborating across cross-functional teams and regions

  • Experience creating a vision and actionable roadmap that delivers ongoing innovation and measurable business outcomes
  • Familiarity with modern front-end and cloud technologies to partner effectively with engineering and product teams
