Senior Account Manager, TV Networks & Digital Platforms
VideoAmp is looking for an experienced Account Management team member with expertise in ad tech as well as linear and digital measurement to manage several Strategic TV Network & Digital Platform clients across pre and post sales activities. The Sr. Account Manager Manager, TV Networks & Digital Platforms will have revenue goals and is responsible for the overall integration, project management, account support, and growth of a specific book of business across our sell side clients (TV networks and publishers). Experience with Local MVPDs is a plus.
This role will work closely with the product, sales, and business development teams to ensure VideoAmp delivers against project timelines, provides best in class customer services, and maximizes customer engagement potential with all VideoAmp solutions. Our Account Management team members are passionate about solving customer challenges and have extensive knowledge of tech, data, TV & digital video space. They have a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building client relationships for a high growth ad tech organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and grow revenue and client engagement with VideoAmp across several Tier 1 TV Network & Digital Platform accounts
- Drive client value through customer centric problem solving and outcomes.
- Increase Retention by exhibiting excellent customer service and driving clear value to the end customer.
- Communicate and train all customers on all new product features and updates.
- Grow existing business, by value-selling VideoAmp’s solution suite, while increasing adoption of applications that deliver client value leveraging quantitative and qualitative skills
- Responsible for collaborating with sales on all pre-sale proposal processes through execution - maintaining, and growing existing client relationships (reporting, client deliverables, client engagement)
- Meet with customers to review mutual expectations of business governance activities, sales and commercial inquiries, as well as, service issues related to the health of the account and agreed upon SLAs.
- Perform comprehensive monthly and quarterly customer strategic business and service reviews and develop improvement plans focused on overall service experience.
- Problem solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate client’s needs based on data-driven insights.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams across matrixed organizations.
- Lead all troubleshooting and issue escalation.
- Gather customer feedback in order to constantly improve the customer experience.
- Prepare and lead customer meetings (in-person and virtual).
- Facilitate all cross-function discussions.
- Pro-actively surfaces relevant growth opportunities to customers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in customer success roles in ad tech or linear television.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Highly organized, obsessed with details, and able to see the big picture.
- Strategic, analytical and critical thinker.
- Self-starter and highly motivated.
- Team player that constantly seeks opportunities for collaboration.
- Strong work ethic and autonomous individual with experience in customer success or relations; desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Background with Local / MVPDs is a plus

This position pays between $110,000 - $175,000 + Equity + Benefits. The actual compensation offer will be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.
