Working closely with senior analysts and management, you will contribute to the development of high-quality leveraged finance research through data analysis, quantitative tools, and financial modeling. • Help manage and monitor a broad portfolio of credits while identifying opportunities to improve analytical processes, data management, and workflows.

What we're looking for:
  • Two to four years of relevant professional experience in financial data analytics, quantitative research, corporate credit analysis, leveraged finance, corporate lending, or a related analytical discipline.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, data analytics, or a related field. Progress toward the CFA designation is a plus.
  • Strong financial and quantitative analytical skills, including experience working with financial statements, economic data, and large financial datasets.
  • Experience with time-series and cross-sectional data analysis, with an interest in applying quantitative methods to financial markets and credit research.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with strong working knowledge of Python and SQL for financial data analysis, manipulation, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus.
  • Experience using AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude to support research, data analysis, or workflow efficiency is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
