What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of integration solutions using MuleSoft, Spring boot, microservices, and API-led architectures
- Define and enforce best practices for API design, integration patterns, and reusable component development
- Architect and implement scalable integration solutions on AWS leveraging cloud-native services
- Drive modernization of legacy integrations into decoupled microservices and API-based ecosystems
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and modern coding assistants to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, and enhance developer productivity.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams across onshore/offshore models
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to align integration strategy with business goals
- Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, security, and resiliency
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation for integration delivery
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement for production systems

- 7-10 years of experience in integration architecture, development, and delivery
- Strong expertise in MuleSoft, Spring boot and API-led connectivity
- Hands-on experience building microservices and distributed systems on AWS
- Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions
- Solid understanding of API design principles (REST, OpenAPI, versioning, governance)
- Experience working in Financial Services / Insurance domain
