We're looking for a Senior Community Engagement Manager, Experiences to build and lead our host community strategy across North America and Latin America. - Manage and support a network of volunteer (non-employee) community leaders, including coaching and, when needed, replacing underperforming leaders
- Drive initiatives from concept to completion, including project planning, budget management, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation
- Own end-to-end execution of community events (roughly 25-80 attendees), from planning through post-event analysis
- Design content and engagement strategies that foster host connection and conversation
- Translate business priorities into on-the-ground regional initiatives and pilots
- Develop deep regional market knowledge and serve as the go-to source on local community trends and needs

- Willingness to travel internationally to Latin America periodically (estimated 1–2 times over the course of the contract)
Preferred:
- Comfort using AI tools for post-event and community engagement analysis
- Location in New York City or the East Coast (for team time-zone alignment); candidates in other U.S. time zones are still encouraged to apply
