RF Studio53 is the creative studio within Ruder Finn, the fifth-largest global public relations and integrated marketing agency. Based in New York, the studio brings ideas to life through video, photography, graphic design, interactive content and more. We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Senior Creative Producer to oversee projects from concept through delivery. This role will partner closely with clients, account teams, creative directors and strategists to develop production plans and manage projects ranging from iPhone-based content to full-scale commercial productions.

The Senior Creative Producer will lead pre-production, shoots and post-production while ensuring timelines, budgets, talent, usage rights, technical requirements and deliverables are managed seamlessly. Beyond production leadership, this role will contribute to creative development, provide on-set direction, mentor junior staff and help expand RF Studio53’s production capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted, long-term relationships. 

  • Planning and overseeing film and photography shoots and event-related content.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and translate them into effective production strategies. 

  • Maintain seamless communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment throughout all project phases. 

  • Partner closely with account and digital teams to produce content for social channels and websites.

  • Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions that instill confidence and trust. 

  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and introduce new production capabilities. 

  • Oversee production timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables stay on track across pre-production, shoot days, and post.

  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, insurance needs, and usage rights for talent, music, and footage.

Collaborating With Creative Teams

  • Serve as a hybrid creative and production lead on assigned projects, contributing to concept development, creative direction and execution. Responsibilities may include directing or co-directing select projects, providing on-set creative leadership and shaping creative vision in partnership with creative directors and clients. Creative responsibilities are expected to expand over time as part of the role’s growth trajectory.

  • Collaborate with creative directors, account teams, and strategists to develop concepts for brand, product, and performance-marketing videos.

  • Support creative leads and directors by translating concepts into executable production plans.

  • Provide feedback on scripts, storyboards, and treatments to clarify feasibility, budget impact, and schedule considerations.

  • Partner with marketing, growth, and brand teams on content needs and platform-specific deliverable versions.

Post-Production Oversight

  • Manage editorial workflows including rough/final cut review cycles, motion graphics, color, sound mix, and exports.

  • Coordinate delivery of final assets for paid, social, broadcast, and internal marketing use.

  • Implement QC processes to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and technical specification compliance.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of video production experience within advertising, marketing, or content creation environments.

  • Familiarity with post-production workflows and deliverable formats across paid media, social, and broadcast.

  • Proven ability to manage projects up to $500K from concept through completion. 

  • Experience working with and directing on-camera talent.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. 

  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, or related field preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this position, at the time of posting, is $100,000 – $145,000. The salary of the applicant selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, internal equity, geography, relevant years of experience, certifications, skills, abilities of the selected applicant, and other job-related qualifications. In addition, a range of medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available by the company.
