The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, driving renewals, growth and referrals while shaping the customer success function from the ground up. You will design repeatable processes, build close customer relationships and prepare the groundwork for a future team.
What you'll do
- Own retention, expansion and referral results across a portfolio of accounts, managing it like your own business.
- Design the customer success playbook, including onboarding, account health scoring, business review cadences and renewal processes.
- Build trust with customers through in-depth conversations to uncover pain points and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Travel to customer sites and offices to build in-person relationships.
- Lay the groundwork to hire and lead a customer success team as the company grows.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Roughly 3 to 8 years of experience in a post-sale or commercially oriented customer role.
- Demonstrated success growing existing accounts and improving net revenue retention.
- Commercial mindset and the ability to create processes from scratch without relying on established playbooks.
- Startup experience or a clear builder mentality, with comfort in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
- Willingness to work on-site five days a week.
- Comfortable travelling for customer visits.
Bonus points
- Familiarity with field-service or conversational technology environments.
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales role with a strong revenue focus.

- Base salary: USD 110,000 to 150,000 per year
