How You'll Make an Impact
- Perform advanced exploratory and root-cause analysis across customer interaction, operational and transactional data to identify key drivers, trends and improvement opportunities.
- Leverage AI/NLP-enabled analytical techniques, including text classification, clustering, semantic analysis and large language models (LLMs), to accelerate insight generation from customer interactions.
- Deliver actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations that clearly articulate the magnitude of the opportunity and recommended actions.
- Validate analytical and AI-generated outputs through data quality checks, sample reviews and business validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for analytical methodologies, business definitions, taxonomies, data sources and quality standards to ensure repeatability and continuity.
- Integrate data from multiple sources to generate comprehensive reporting elements.

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
Experience
- 5+ years of data analysis and reporting or related experience
Skills
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize and organize tasks effectively while meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities
- Capability to work independently and within a team
- Advanced SQL skills with experience querying, integrating and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), text classification, clustering or other AI-assisted analytical techniques
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools
- Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analytical findings for business audience
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and similar software applications
