About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our measurement team at Whalar. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the data analysis efforts for our influencer marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategy and optimization.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
  • Lead the collection, organization, and analysis of data from a variety of sources to inform influencer marketing campaigns
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and insights
  • Use data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in influencer marketing campaigns
  • Work with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and support decision-making
  • Mentor and train junior data analysts as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and influencer marketing
Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
  • 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership position
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing is a plus
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 and serves as a general guideline for the potential compensation. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, location, and, ultimately, budget approvals.
