As a Senior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating innovative and trend-setting designs for our Juniors category. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing designs that meet the brand's aesthetic and market demands.

Responsibilities:

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in design, with a focus on Juniors fashion
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, PLM
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and market dynamics in the Juniors segment
