About The RoleAs the Senior Director, Creative Strategy & Operations, you will serve as the strategic right-hand to the SVP, Chief Brand Officer. You are a highly emotionally intelligent leader who can see around corners, anticipate needs, and dive deep to understand the broader business operations. This role optimizes end-to-end creative workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, increasing team velocity and clearing the path for high-impact artistic work. Acting as a crucial cross-functional partner across the business to deepen collaboration and alignment, this role addresses and remedies issues as they arise and ensures the final outcomes impact the business in tangible ways. You will function as a hybrid between a high-level project manager and an executive producer, ensuring the right people are in place for each project while driving complex initiatives from concept to completion. Additionally, you will lead and supervise the creative delivery team to ensure seamless project execution.

What You Get To Do Every Day
  • Acts as a trusted strategic partner and the "eyes and ears" for the SVP, Chief Brand Officer.

  • Supervises and mentors the project management and creative operations teams, specifically overseeing three direct reports: Senior Manager, Creative Planning & Delivery, Creative Project Manager, and Senior Manager, Production.

  • Serves as a dedicated cross-functional partner, diving into and understanding the rest of the business to ensure creative operations align perfectly with overarching company goals.

  • Shepherds the creative team by conceptualizing workflows and operating as a high-level project manager to get the work done.

  • Acts as an "Executive Producer" for the department, strategically getting the right people and resources in place for every individual project.

  • Proactively solves problems and make strategic decisions in a dynamic environment, leveraging your high EQ to anticipate challenges before they arise.

  • Creates company business goals, executing all materials related to creative material. 

  • Drives cross-functional processes and storytelling, including the regular reporting and communication of creative and collaborative results.

  • Manages the creative budget.

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience with a proven track record supporting C-level leaders in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of the Luxury Fashion industry.

  • Proven track record supporting C-level leaders in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;  you craft executive-level presentations and narratives that are clear, compelling, and concise.

  • A deep curiosity and capacity to dive into and fully understand the broader business operations beyond just the creative department.

  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong understanding of the Luxury Fashion industry and a demonstrated ability to navigate complex market dynamics.

The expected salary range for this role is $220,000.00-$250,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
