We're looking for a Senior Director, Sales to join our team in New York City!

We're looking for an exceptional sales leader to oversee one of Nexxen's most strategic portfolios of agency and brand partnerships, anchored by Publicis Groupe, while leading a high-performing team of Strategic Account Executives across the East Region.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, this highly visible leadership role will own the commercial strategy, executive relationships, and revenue growth across the portfolio. This leader will expand strategic partnerships, unlock new opportunities, influence go-to-market strategy, and help shape the future of Nexxen's Commercial organization.

The ideal candidate is a proven revenue and people leader with executive presence, strong operational discipline, deep programmatic expertise, and a track record of building enterprise advertising partnerships. They bring an established network, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and the strategic mindset to translate relationships into meaningful business growth.

What You’ll Do

Lead a High-Performing Sales Team

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Strategic Account Executives while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

  • Drive sales excellence across account strategy, pipeline creation, new business acquisition, account expansion, forecasting, and strategic deal execution.

  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top sales talent while building a culture of continuous improvement and shared success.

Own Some of Nexxen’s Most Strategic Partnerships

  • Serve as the executive relationship owner for Publicis Groupe and its agencies, building trusted partnerships across investment, activation, strategy, data, commerce, analytics, and executive leadership.

  • Leverage relationships and industry expertise to uncover opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate revenue growth.

  • Develop strategic account plans that identify growth opportunities, expand Nexxen's footprint, and position us as a trusted strategic partner.

Drive Strategic Growth & Commercial Impact

  • Lead enterprise sales opportunities and drive adoption of Nexxen's solutions across Managed Service, PMPs, Self-Serve DSP, Hybrid, CTV, OLV, Display, Native, Data, Identity, Measurement, and AI-powered capabilities.

  • Deliver predictable revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and execution against goals.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Client Success, Marketing, Operations, and Data teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

  • Represent Nexxen externally through client meetings, industry events, and thought leadership opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or programmatic sales.

  • 5+ years leading high-performing sales teams.

  • Proven success driving enterprise revenue growth through strategic partnerships, new business, and account expansion.

  • Established executive relationships across Publicis Groupe and the agency ecosystem.

  • Deep expertise across the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, CTV, OLV, Display, PMPs, identity, data, measurement, and AI-enabled advertising.

  • Experience navigating complex agency organizations and influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Strong operational discipline across forecasting, pipeline management, account planning, and sales performance.

  • Executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strategic, entrepreneurial, and collaborative mindset with a passion for developing talent and building winning teams.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $160,000 - $200,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
