The Opportunity

A force-multiplier for our entire organization, this role provides:

  • High visibility. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership.

  • Massive impact. You’ll help shape the trajectory of the company.

  • Variety. Every few months, you’ll likely be tackling something completely new.

  • Growth. A perfect launchpad to grow into a founder, exec, or your own custom role.

Who We Are

Pearl Health is dedicated to empowering primary care providers, health systems, and physician-led networks to succeed in the shift to value-based care. Our platform delivers the technology, financial tools, and expert services that enable practices to provide more proactive, effective care to their Medicare patients, ultimately lowering costs and improving health outcomes.

Founded in 2020, we are a team of healthcare and technology innovators backed by premier investors like Andreessen Horowitz, Viking Global Investors, and AlleyCorp. We partner with thousands of providers across 44 states to build a more sustainable future for American healthcare.

What You'll Do

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as an internal special operator, deployed across the company to lead our most critical and time-sensitive initiatives. You will be empowered to quickly diagnose problems, develop strategies, and drive execution on projects that are core to our success.

  • Lead high-priority strategic initiatives from conception through completion across various departments, including product, operations, and go-to-market.

  • Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to identify, define, and prioritize the company’s most pressing challenges and opportunities.

  • Embed within different teams to rapidly assess complex situations, build actionable plans, and execute with speed and precision.

  • Drive alignment and momentum on cross-functional projects, managing complex timelines and coordinating with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Serve as the connective tissue between teams, jumping in to crunch numbers, build presentations, manage partnerships, or launch pilots as needed.

What You’ll Bring

You are a highly adaptable and strategic operator, known for your ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive results in fast-paced, complex environments. Your experience has equipped you to quickly master new domains and lead mission-critical projects with a blend of analytical rigor and a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude.

Must-haves:

  • 6+ years of experience in a high-intensity environment such as a top consulting firm, a fast-paced technology company, or a venture-backed startup.

  • A bachelor's degree from a top school.

  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from strategy to execution.

  • A demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new concepts and lead initiatives in unfamiliar domains with minimal supervision.

  • Strong analytical skills paired with excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to engage effectively with executive leaders.

Nice-to-haves:

  • An advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.

  • Professional experience in healthcare operations or value-based care.

This role might not be for you if:

  • You prefer to build deep, long-term expertise within a single functional area rather than tackling new challenges across different departments every few months.

  • You thrive in a highly structured role with clearly defined, predictable responsibilities.

  • You prefer to focus exclusively on high-level strategy and are less energized by the hands-on execution required to bring those strategies to life.

What We Offer

The expected offer for this role includes the following components:

  • Base Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000 per year.

  • Additional Compensation: This role is eligible for a discretionary performance bonus and equity options.

  • Benefits: We offer a competitive benefits package. You can learn more on our benefits page.

Final compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including a candidate's relevant skills, experience, labor market conditions, and location.

Agency Submissions

We are not currently working with contingency search firms. If a resume is submitted to any Pearl Health employee by a third party without a valid written and signed search agreement, it will become the property of Pearl Health and no fee will be paid, irrespective of whether the candidate is hired.

Note

This role is part of an exploratory hiring effort. While we are always interested in connecting with exceptional talent for potential future leadership opportunities, we are currently engaging with only a limited number of candidates for this role. That means we may not be able to respond to every applicant, but we truly appreciate your interest in joining us.
