You will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing our most strategic national and corporate events. Your responsibilities will include developing our corporate event strategy, managing the event budget, coordinating logistics, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all event attendees.

 

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate event strategy aligned with organizational goals. Leverage both in-person and virtual formats to maximize reach.

Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and participant registration. Oversee event setup, teardown, and on-site operations.

Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution. Monitor expenses, negotiate contracts, and track financial performance.

Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and event participants.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

Curate engaging event experiences for various audiences including clients, employees, partners, and more.

Maintain high standards for event quality, paying attention to details and attendee satisfaction. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.

Continuously evaluate and improve event processes. Conduct post-event assessments to measure success and gather feedback. Use insights to enhance future events.

 

What You’ll Need

Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field.

8-10 years of prior marketing and event management experience.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Creative problem-solving and adaptability.

Experience managing webinars/virtual events using Microsoft Teams and other event platforms, ensuring that they are seamlessly delivered.

The ability to create and maintain analytics/metrics reports on campaign engagement, effectiveness, and business impact. Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot, or similar CRM and marketing automation tools.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadline-driven projects.

Able to work well individually and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
