This includes coordinating customer meetings, executive roundtables, hospitality experiences, and other activations that maximize engagement during critical events or opportunities.
In addition to driving these high-profile programs, this role will support the broader Executive Programs team in APAC, helping deliver C-suite experiences, bespoke customer hospitality, and priority executive programs that strengthen relationships, reinforce brand affinity, and align with Atlassian's global executive engagement strategy.
You will work closely with events, sales, account-based marketing, channel teams, and executive leadership to ensure programs are executed flawlessly, reflect both global standards and regional nuances, and create meaningful experiences that leave a lasting impact. Operational excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs are key to success in this role.
We are looking for a strategic, customer-focused marketer with experience in designing elevated, experience-driven engagements. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring both creativity and operational rigor to every program.

In this role you will:
Executive Programs & Scalable Multi-Touch Frameworks
- Lead the execution of regional executive programs, including high-impact customer meetings, C-suite roundtables, partner activations, and curated events that deepen relationships and reinforce Atlassian's brand.
- Build scalable operational frameworks, playbooks, and processes that enable other teams to support multi-touch initiatives efficiently and consistently across the region.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and internal resources to ensure flawless delivery while maintaining global standards.
- Track and report on program performance, including engagement, account impact, and contribution to broader business objectives, continuously optimizing for efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration
- Partner closely with sales, account-based marketing, events, executive leadership, and regional marketing teams to ensure programs align with strategic priorities and local market needs.
- Facilitate seamless coordination across in-region teams to deliver a unified, high-touch experience for executive audiences.
- Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and operational excellence across all touchpoints.
Program Management & Execution
- Drive end-to-end program execution, from planning through post-program follow-up, ensuring operational excellence in logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
- Continuously optimize processes and frameworks to enhance scalability, efficiency, and program impact.
Basic Qualifications / Requirements:
- 7+ years of marketing experience in an enterprise technology company
- In-depth knowledge of creating and implementing white glove hospitality experiences and executive programs
- Highly results and metrics driven with outstanding analytical and problem solving ability and passion to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
