  • We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Managers to join the Risk technology PMO team for managing Market Risk projects.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple Major Projects in Market Risk Technology and manage Risk Stakeholders
  • Manage planning, tracking open issues, documentation, and status updates for the ongoing projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and communicate any delays to stakeholders.
  • Gather estimates for new initiatives, manage project scope and timelines.
  • Collaborate with other project managers to ensure that any dependencies are tracked and any blockers are resolved.
  • Ensure that business requirements are translated into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project progress, design decisions, and Agile practices
  • Work closely with Technology Leads and development teams to design solutions that meet business needs
  • Track Development tasks and ensure product is thoroughly tested prior to Go-Live.
  • For Agile Projects, serve as the Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, ensuring agile practices are followed and understood.
  • Work with project sponsors on the Product Roadmap and prioritize new requests
  • Generate and publish Weekly Status reports to all stakeholders and Monthly reports for Senior Management
 
  • Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Sr. PM in IT with 5 years in Market Risk, Capital Markets or Financial services
  • Highly Preferred: Hands on Knowledge of concepts and processes of Market Risk
  • Experience in Credit Risk or Liquidity Risk domains will be considered but such candidates will have lower priority.
  • Excellent Stakeholder management
  • Strong Knowledge of Financial Instruments, Derivatives
  • Hands on experience with data analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
