  • Identify and prioritize share-growth opportunities by analyzing business performance, consumer and customer insights, market trends, and competitive activity, recommending where and how the organization can win.

  • Build data-driven business cases and strategic recommendations that improve decision-making, accelerate growth initiatives, and optimize resource allocation across brands, markets, and channels.

  • Evaluate and enhance route-to-market strategies, account segmentation, resource deployment, and distributor effectiveness to improve execution quality and return on investment.

  • Partner with field and business leaders to adapt national strategies to local market opportunities while maintaining alignment with broader business objectives.

  • Facilitate cross-functional decision-making by leading working sessions, aligning stakeholders around key priorities, and driving commitments that translate into measurable outcomes.

  • Establish scalable frameworks, performance measures, and governance processes that track progress, identify risks early, and enable rapid course correction when needed.
