At Regeneron, an HRBP develops solutions to solve business challenges in order to increase our ability to deliver on our mission – utilizing science to bring new medicines to patients. You’re comfortable challenging the status quo, influencing scientifically trained leaders, and delivering key HRBP support in a fast-paced culture. Being able to pivot is essential. • Handle conflicts, investigations, and employee grievances
  • Coach managers and employees, helping them understand their options in each situation and how to demonstrate the Regeneron Way
  • Participate in interviews for key positions and candidate debriefs to help drive the best hiring decisions in a rapidly expanding organization
