The Opportunity

The Marketing Activation & Operations, Senior Manager is a senior individual contributor role responsible for the execution and operational delivery of marketing programs across channels. This role plays a critical part in ensuring marketing initiatives are implemented with speed, consistency, and a high bar for quality.

Operating within an established strategic direction, this role focuses on turning priorities into live, well-executed programs. The Senior Manager is expected to take full ownership of day-to-day marketing activation, bringing together creative thinking, fast execution instincts, and sound operational judgment.

This role is well suited to an experienced Manager or Senior Manager who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys owning work end to end, and takes real satisfaction in delivering high-quality marketing that is seen, used, and impactful.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Marketing Activation Ownership

    • Serve as the primary owner responsible for getting marketing work live across owned channels, with a particular focus on organic social and email

    • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Events, Product Marketing, Web Development and others to gather inputs and ensure work is ready to deliver

    • Take full responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of execution across assigned programs

  • Writing, Visual Direction & Publishing Ownership

    • Act as the day-to-day writer and publisher for organic social and email

    • Draft, edit, and finalize B2B marketing copy that is clear, effective, and aligned

    • Provide clear creative direction to the Creative team for visual assets (e.g., hero images, supporting graphics)

    • Adapt leadership inputs and direction into polished, ready-to-deliver content while preserving voice and intent

    • Apply strong editorial judgment to determine when work is ready to deliver and when refinement is required

  • Operational Control of Email, Data & HubSpot

    • Own day-to-day execution of social and email programs within HubSpot, including drafting, building, segmentation, QA, and deployment

    • Build and manage lists, segments, and basic workflows to support accurate targeting, reliable delivery, and clean downstream data

    • Perform ongoing data quality checks related to email execution, including list hygiene, field usage, and segmentation logic

    • Conduct validation, quality control and cleanup on CRM data

    • Maintain naming conventions, operational hygiene, and executional consistency to support reporting and contribute to the long-term vision of a trusted, scalable marketing database

Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or a related role

  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns and reporting in HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with demonstrated success producing clear, effective marketing copy

  • Passion for operating across both creative execution and operational systems

  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a bias toward action

  • Comfort operating in a consistently high-gear role on a capable, high-performing team

  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across functions

  • High internal standards for quality and follow-through
