The Sr Manager, B2B Next Gen – Commercialization, Delivery & Scaling will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution and scaling of new B2B payment capabilities, including Dynamic Pricing, SIP, and BIP.
This role owns the translation of strategy into real business outcomes—ensuring that product enhancements are delivered, deployed, adopted, and ultimately drive transaction volume. The individual will operate across the full commercialization lifecycle, from pipeline development through onboarding, implementation, and activation.
Success requires strong commercial acumen, execution discipline, and the ability to navigate complex cross-functional dependencies while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end delivery of product enhancements, partnering with Product, Technology, Risk, Pricing, and Operations teams
- Own coordination across onboarding, underwriting, and implementation steps to ensure readiness for market deployment
- Identify and remove bottlenecks across the full customer and supplier onboarding journey
- Own pipeline creation and progression across B2B payment capabilities
- Actively engage in priority deals, shaping deal strategy and driving progression with Sales (GMS)
- Ensure strong alignment between buyer opportunities and supplier readiness/fit
- Translate sales plays into field-ready execution plans
- Drive sales adoption of new capabilities and selling motions
- Partner with GTM team to deploy messaging, materials, and enablement effectively
- Own performance beyond pipeline, including: Activation (first transaction) and Early usage and transaction volume (CV)
- Ensure deals progress from signed → implemented → transacting
- Drive outcomes across highly interdependent teams (Product, Risk, Tech, GTM, Operations)
- Clearly own results while working through partners—avoiding coordination-only roles
- Escalate and resolve cross-functional blockers, including resourcing and stakeholder misalignment
- Provide structured feedback on Product gaps impacting deals, Supplier friction points and Customer objections and adoption barriers
- Partner with Strategy lead to continuously refine product direction and value propositions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong background in product commercialization, go-to-market execution, or product management
- Proven track record of driving pipeline, conversion, and scaling new capabilities
- Experience working closely with sales teams and influencing deal outcomes
- Strong execution and program management skills across complex environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to drive results through others
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B payments or similar ecosystems preferred
- MBA
