The individual will operate across the full commercialization lifecycle, from pipeline development through onboarding, implementation, and activation.

Success requires strong commercial acumen, execution discipline, and the ability to navigate complex cross-functional dependencies while maintaining accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own coordination across onboarding, underwriting, and implementation steps to ensure readiness for market deployment
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks across the full customer and supplier onboarding journey
  • Own pipeline creation and progression across B2B payment capabilities
  • Actively engage in priority deals, shaping deal strategy and driving progression with Sales (GMS)
  • Ensure strong alignment between buyer opportunities and supplier readiness/fit
  • Translate sales plays into field-ready execution plans
  • Drive sales adoption of new capabilities and selling motions
  • Partner with GTM team to deploy messaging, materials, and enablement effectively
  • Own performance beyond pipeline, including:  Activation (first transaction) and Early usage and transaction volume (CV)
  • Ensure deals progress from signed → implemented → transacting
  • Drive outcomes across highly interdependent teams (Product, Risk, Tech, GTM, Operations)
  • Clearly own results while working through partners—avoiding coordination-only roles
  • Escalate and resolve cross-functional blockers, including resourcing and stakeholder misalignment

  • Partner with Strategy lead to continuously refine product direction and value propositions

  • Strong execution and program management skills across complex environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to drive results through others
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
