About the role:

CHANEL is looking for a Senior Manager to join our Transformation Office in New York.  This role and team sits at the intersection of foresight and strategic visioning. This individual will play a critical role on the team to synthesize research, shape strategy, and produce the high-quality communications that move the work forward. This role interfaces primarily with the Transformation Office and may partner with the Insights team, the Procurement Team, and select divisional teams.  Our ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience and a passion for creative problem solving and an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Support strategic research and roadmapping efforts, helping the team track progress and maintain clarity on longer term initiatives

  • Contribute to internal strategic action planning, including workstream coordination and initiative tracking across the transformation agenda.

  • Translate complex data, insights, and analysis into compelling narratives and visual storytelling for senior stakeholders

  • Build polished, executive ready presentations (ie powerpoints, white papers) with a high standard of quality

  • Serve as a flexible team resource, stepping in to support a range of workstreams and functional needs as priorities evolve.

Position Logistics:

  • Partially Remote: Role requires a minimum of three days in-person office presence at the New York Corporate office.

  • 8+ years experience

  • Education Requirements – college degree preferred

  • Travel requirements- minimal US travel (>10%)

Compensation:

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $135,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
