Job Description: Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the technical evolution of our financial platforms. This role focuses on the high-stakes environment of FinTech, where you will balance the delivery of new features with the critical refactoring and migration of legacy systems into modern, high-performance architectures.

Core Responsibilities

  • Refactor & Migrate: Systematically modernize legacy ASP.NET financial modules into ASP.NET Core microservices, ensuring zero downtime and data integrity.
  • Full Stack Delivery: Build secure, scalable APIs and develop sophisticated, real-time data dashboards using Angular.
  • Performance Optimization: Audit and optimize complex SQL queries and "heavy" legacy logic to meet the low-latency demands of financial transactions.
  • Security Integration: Implement industry-standard security protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect) to protect sensitive fiscal data.
  • GenAI Tools: Experience with developing using code assistants / copilots such as GitHub Copilot

Technical Profile

  • The Modern Stack: Expert knowledge of C# / .NET 8ASP.NET Core, and Angular
  • The Legacy Knowledge: Professional experience maintaining and decomposing ASP.NET MVC, Web Forms, or WCF services.
  • Database & Data: Advanced SQL Server skills; experience managing large datasets and complex migrations.
  • FinTech Context: Familiarity with financial concepts (e.g., ledger accounting, payment gateways, or regulatory compliance like PCI-DSS).

Key Competencies

  • Precision: In FinTech, a decimal point matters. You have an eye for detail and a "test-first" mentality.
  • Strategic Refactoring: Ability to identify "code smells" and apply SOLID principles to monolithic structures without disrupting existing business logic.
  • Problem-Solving: You enjoy the challenge of reverse-engineering undocumented legacy systems.
