Who We Are

FintechOS is the AI-fluent Unified Product Operations platform for banks and credit unions. We help institutions launch financial products – lending, deposits, origination – without ripping out the core. What used to take 9 to 12 months can now happen in weeks. The platform lifts product logic, pricing, and decisioning above your core, so business teams can move at speed while staying inside the regulatory guardrails.

We work with leading global institutions and fast-moving challengers reshaping financial services. We’re scaling in the US. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape how we win and grow.

About the Role

This is our first full-time presales hire on the ground in the US. You’ll be the trusted technical companion to our sales effort – the person who can talk credibly about the market, show the product at its best, and earn the confidence of community banks, credit unions, and mid-to-large institutions.

You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a US team of five to six people, partnering closely with Account Executives, product, and delivery. The job is part strategist, part engineer, part advisor: understand what a customer is actually trying to achieve, then translate it into how FintechOS gets them there. Build trust, build the case, and help win new deals.

In This Role You Will

  • Be the trusted advisor to prospects and new customers – guiding them on how FintechOS helps them modernize origination, launch products faster, and run a more efficient operation, without a multi-year core replacement.
  • Develop deep product expertise – know the platform comprehensively, and be the internal go-to for sales, product, and delivery.
  • Run discovery and showcase the product – lead compelling demos and proofs of concept that make the value tangible for both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Build the business case – quantify ROI: faster time-to-market, lower cost-to-serve, conversion uplift, and competitive differentiation.
  • Speak the market’s language – talk credibly about NIM compression, origination fragmentation, deposit competition, and the regulatory realities of NCUA- and FDIC-regulated institutions.
  • Win as a team – partner with AEs through the full cycle, from first conversation to commercial close, and help win new logos across the US.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

  • Run solution cycles end-to-end with an AE: discovery, value quantification, solution design, demos, POCs, and close.
  • Show banks and credit unions how to launch and change products – consumer lending, deposits, member onboarding – without traditional development cycles.
  • Demonstrate how FintechOS sits above cores like Fiserv, Jack Henry, and FIS, lifting product logic into a governed layer.
  • Navigate buying committees: win over executives with strategic vision, business teams with use cases, and technical leaders with architecture.
  • Build value cases and ROI models that change minds and move deals forward.
  • Act as the voice of the US market back to product and delivery – what customers need, what’s landing, what isn’t.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 7+ years in presales, solution consulting, or sales engineering, selling software or platforms into US financial services.
  • Strong banking domain experience – you’ve worked with community banks, credit unions, and mid-to-large institutions, and you understand how they buy, operate, and what keeps them up at night.
  • Real fluency in origination, lending, deposits, and core banking realities – you can hold a credible conversation about workflows, decisioning, regulatory pressure, and cost-to-serve.
  • Proven ability to straddle business and technical conversations – you quantify ROI with executives and discuss architecture with engineers.
  • A track record of winning deals by articulating business value, not just features: faster launches, lower costs, competitive edge.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, cloud architecture, and integrations – you don’t need to code, but you need to speak the language.
  • Autonomous and proactive – you see the opportunity, shape it, and drive it without waiting for permission.

You’ll Stand Out If You

  • Know the credit union world specifically – member-centric model, NCUA regulation, community mission – and can speak to it authentically.
  • Understand the shift from IT-led to business-led product development, and can articulate it without leaning on buzzwords.
  • Have sold origination, digital banking, or lending platforms and know the competitive landscape (Blend, Backbase, MeridianLink, and the core providers).
  • Can position AI as business value, not tech theater.
  • Have built ROI models or business cases that genuinely shifted an executive’s decision.
  • Have contributed to thought leadership – industry events, winning RFPs, or content that influenced buyers.

Location & Travel

Fort Lauderdale is our preferred base, and we’d love to have you here. For an exceptional candidate, we’ll consider fully remote within the US.

Expect regular travel across the US for client meetings, workshops, and conferences – roughly 30 to 50% depending on deal activity – plus occasional travel to our London HQ to connect with the wider team.

What You’ll Get

  • Impact: you’re joining early enough to shape how we sell in the US, what we build, and where we win.
  • Growth: work alongside institutions like Société Générale and Admiral, and help open a new market. New logos, real expansion.
  • Autonomy: we trust you to see the opportunity and own it. No micromanagement, no bureaucracy.
  • Team: smart, motivated people tackling one of the hardest problems in financial services.
  • Diversity: we’re building a place where different perspectives, backgrounds, and ideas make us better.

Not For You If

  • You need an established playbook – we’re still writing ours.
  • You want a lot of structure and hand-holding – we need self-starters who thrive in ambiguity.
  • You’re after a low-travel lifestyle role – this job needs presence in front of customers.

Interested?

If you’re ready to help banks and credit unions build products in a fundamentally better way – and to shape how we win in a brand new market – let’s talk.
