As a Senior Product Associate in, AI Campaign Analytics Marketing Automation Platform Team, you will define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for an AI-powered agent that measures, explains, and improves marketing campaign performance across consumer lines of business. You will partner closely with Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing Strategy, Media, Channel, and Line of Business teams to translate campaign measurement needs into clear requirements, success metrics, and shippable releases. In your day-to-day, you will prioritize high-value use cases, guide data and integration readiness, and shape the end-to-end user experience so stakeholders can trust, interpret, and act on AI-generated insights. You will drive execution in an Agile environment while clearly communicating progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight into potential product features that provide value to customers.
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development. 
  • Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and release strategy for an AI-powered campaign analytics platform, aligning priorities to business goals and marketing outcomes.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating campaign measurement needs into epics, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria that deliver measurable value.
  • Identify and drive high-impact use cases across acquisition, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and growth campaigns, supported by actionable insights and KPI-based success metrics.
  • Partner with Analytics and Engineering to ensure accurate campaign data, attribution methodologies, data quality, AI/ML workflows, integrations, and scalable solution architecture.
  • Design and validate AI-powered user experiences, including dashboards, alerts, recommendations, prompts, and workflows that deliver accurate, explainable, and impactful insights.
  • Lead Agile product delivery and cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Data Governance teams to ensure successful execution, governance, and responsible AI practices.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery and requirements definition.
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
  • Experience in product management, marketing analytics, marketing technology, campaign measurement, or a related domain area.
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
  • Demonstrated experience owning or supporting a product roadmap, backlog, prioritization process, and end-to-end delivery in an Agile environment.
  • Strong comfort working with data, including data sources, data quality, reporting logic, business definitions, segmentation, and trend interpretation.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured requirements, clear product features, and measurable outcomes.
  • Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering teams on requirements, data pipelines, APIs, AI/ML workflows, testing, and production delivery.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex data, technical, and marketing concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Familiarity with AI/ML-enabled products, natural language interfaces, automated insights, or agent-based tools, including approaches to evaluating output quality and user trust.
  • Experience partnering with analytics teams on campaign measurement methodologies, validation approaches, and interpretation of campaign performance.
  • Understanding of paid media measurement concepts such as attribution inputs, incrementality, and audience strategies.
  • Experience with paid and owned marketing channels and campaign KPIs used to evaluate performance across the customer journey.
  • Experience delivering data products at scale, including alignment to data governance, controls, and risk considerations.
  • Financial services, retail banking, paid media, marketing technology, or consumer marketing experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders, including presenting roadmaps, trade-offs, risks, and delivery outcomes.
