About Wealth.com

Wealth.com is the industry’s leading AI Wealth Management platform, empowering financial advisors to offer modern, comprehensive estate planning solutions to their clients. By combining cutting-edge technology, AI, and unmatched human expertise, we deliver a seamless experience that sets us apart. Beyond having one of the most coveted domain names in FinTech, wealth.com is a dynamic, revenue-generating startup experiencing rapid yet sustainable growth.

A key reason behind our position as the #1 estate planning platform is our team. Our people thrive in a collaborative, supportive culture that fosters innovation and makes wealth.com a place where everyone truly enjoys working. Wealth.com is certified as a Great Place to Work for 2024 and named a 2024 finalist for Fast Company’s Best Workplaces for Innovators!

People don’t remember the feature. They remember how it made them feel. An advisor guiding a family through estate and tax planning does not want a more complicated tool. They want to feel calm, capable, and sure. That is what we design for.

We believe the best technology earns trust by getting out of the way. When intelligence is designed with care, people stop thinking about the tool and focus on what they came to do. Our job is to make the hard things feel simple.

How we work

We design from the person out. We study how someone thinks, what they are trying to do, and where the experience gets in their way, then craft every detail around that.

We are pioneering what AI-native design actually means. Most teams are still adding AI on top of old patterns. We are defining new ones. Intelligence should carry the weight, so the person is free to think about the decision, not the mechanics of getting there.

We author the frame, name the owners, and step back. We trust designers to hold the quality bar together, from day one, not as a reward we hand out slowly. You will have real ownership of problems that matter, shaping a product where design quality decides whether people trust us with the most important decisions of their lives.

What you will do

You will own real problems end to end. You will take an ambiguous need, frame it, and ship the experience that makes value land in the first few moments. Activation matters here, because the sooner someone feels capable, the sooner they trust us.

You will design for intelligence. You will shape how AI manages and surfaces complex data, and how we build on top of it so the product feels effortless. Much of the work means taking dense financial and legal information and designing an experience that lets a person grasp it in seconds. The goal is a product so easy to use that advisors stop thinking about the software and focus entirely on their clients.

This is a senior individual contributor role. You lead through your work and your influence, not by managing people. You will raise the standard around you, give feedback that sharpens other designers' work, and help the team hold its own bar.

Who you are

You have designed AI-native products, where the intelligence is the heart of the experience, not a feature added on top. You are as comfortable taking something complex and making it feel simple as you are starting from a blank page and shaping a 0-to-1 experience out of ambiguity.

Beyond that, you are someone who:

  • Thinks in systems and cares about craft, moving easily between the big frame and the smallest detail.

  • Treats AI as a design material, not a feature. You are curious about how models behave and you prototype with real intelligence, not just static screens.

  • Owns problems from framing through shipped detail, without needing them fully defined for you.

  • Thinks like a product owner. You understand the strategy, the metrics, and the roadmap, and you could step into the product conversation when it counts.

  • Shows more than tells. You prototype fluently in modern AI-assisted design tools, building high-fidelity work that makes the case and hands off cleanly to engineering.

  • Raises the standard of everyone around you and gives feedback that is direct, kind, and useful.

  • Excited by vague, unproven ideas. You explore them in close collaboration with our AI and engineering teams, and treat ambiguity as space to invent, not a problem to wait out.

Nice to have
  • Experience in a regulated, high-trust domain such as finance, wealth, or healthcare.

  • Experience with complex, data-heavy products where the interface does the hard thinking for the user.

  • Fluency with design systems.
