About the role

We're looking for a Senior PM to own how our products turn usage into revenue — the monetization layer that measures what customers use, applies the right pricing and packaging, and produces billing our customers and our own teams can trust.

This is the commercial engine room of a fast-scaling product company. You'll own the product decisions behind metering and consumption, pricing and packaging, entitlements, and the billing and admin experience that ties them together. Your north star is a monetization foundation that is accurate, transparent, and scalable — one that lets the business price and package with confidence and lets customers understand exactly what they're paying for and why.

It's a role that sits where product, finance, and go-to-market meet. You'll translate commercial strategy into a system that actually holds up — and translate what the system can do back into options the business can act on. If you're energized by pricing, packaging, and the machinery that makes revenue correct and predictable at scale, this is for you.

About DataSnipper

Audit and finance are still massively manual and we are changing that. DataSnipper is a $1B, bootstrapped unicorn with 600,000+ users across 180+ countries, already embedded in the daily workflows of top audit and accounting firms.

Now, we are taking things further with our Excel Agent, bringing AI directly into where the work actually happens. Unlike generic AI tools, we do not sit on the sidelines. Our AI operates inside Excel, with access to real documents and audit evidence, meaning it does not just generate answers, it does the work, with full traceability.

We are not just applying AI, we are redefining how audit gets done. If you want to build something category-defining at scale, this is the place.

What you will own

Consumption & metering. The product logic for how we measure what customers use — what counts as a billable unit, how usage is tracked and aggregated across products, and how we keep it accurate and reconcilable.

Pricing & packaging. The system that defines plans, packages, and add-ons and lets them evolve over time — so the business can change how it prices and packages without breaking what's already sold.

Entitlements & quotas. The product that governs what each customer can access and how much — consistent limits, permissions, and enforcement that product teams across the company can build on.

Billing & admin experience. How contracts and commercial terms map to what customers actually get, how invoices are produced and validated, and the self-serve administration that lets customers and internal teams manage access, limits, and billing-relevant settings with confidence.

Commercial data you can trust. Clear definitions, monitoring, and ownership for the data that billing depends on — so revenue is correct, disputes are rare, and everyone works from the same numbers.

Who you are
  • A systems thinker with a commercial instinct. You see pricing, packaging, and billing as one connected system, and you can reason about how a change in one ripples through the rest.

  • Fluent across product, finance, and GTM. You're comfortable in a room with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Engineering, and you can turn competing needs into one coherent plan.

  • Rigorous about correctness. You care that the numbers are right. You think about edge cases, reconciliation, and what happens when something goes wrong — before it does.

  • Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial. You find the problems that matter, set direction, and drive them without waiting to be told. You treat your area like your own company.

What we're looking for

Must-have:

  • 4+ years in product management, with meaningful time on monetization, billing, pricing/packaging, entitlements, or commercial/platform products

  • Strong grasp of how usage-based and subscription commercial models actually work — metering, plans, entitlements, invoicing, and the data behind them

  • Track record turning commercial strategy into a durable system, not one-off changes — you've owned pricing/packaging or billing infrastructure through real change over time

  • Comfortable partnering deeply with Finance and go-to-market, and translating between commercial intent and what's buildable

  • Rigor with data and correctness: you can define billable logic precisely and reason about reconciliation, edge cases, and failure modes

  • Can write clear product requirements and specs that engineers build from, and make architecture trade-offs with them

Strong-to-have:

  • Experience with cross-product or platform monetization (multiple products sharing one commercial foundation)

  • Exposure to enterprise contracts, provisioning, and revenue operations

  • Experience in B2B SaaS at scale; audit, accounting, or financial-services context a plus

What we offer
  • Excellent salary + stock participation plan

  • Flexible paid time off

  • Comprehensive medical and dental coverage

  • 401K match

  • Paid parental leave

  • Company-sponsored lunch

  • Hybrid mode of work (at least 3 days onsite in our New York City office)

  • Being part of one of the fastest-growing scale-ups in the Netherlands

  • Make an impact by disrupting the finance industry with us

  • A flexible and growing organization with lots of opportunities to learn and develop

  • International working environment, with a team of friendly and driven colleagues

  • Access to OpenUp and Talkspace, the mental health and wellness platform

  • Multiple social activities for team building 🤩
