CompStak envisions a commercial real estate industry in which accurate and transparent data leads to better, faster deals for everyone. We gather critical information that is hard to access, then make it instantly and seamlessly available to our platform members.
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid- Three days per week in the office, subject to change)
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with industry knowledge in commercial real estate, fixed income/finance, or asset management to lead CompStak's enterprise products. Asset managers, lenders, and investors use CompStak for lease comps, analytics, and data they pull into their own systems and tools. You need the industry, and you need to ship.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for enterprise products: the platform, APIs, data delivery, and other ways clients take data out of CompStak.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on how institutions actually use the data, not just how they buy it.
- Balance custom client requests with what we can offer more than once.
- Lead AI-facing work: agents, automation, and enrichment on top of the same data.
- Collaborate with engineering and data to scope and ship.
- Own whether it worked: usage, revenue, whether clients stay.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product, consulting, or customer-embedded work on B2B data or SaaS, including time owning a product.
- Industry experience in commercial real estate, fixed income/finance, or asset management.
- Have shipped APIs or other data-delivery products, not only in-app features.
- Familiarity with AI tools and agent-based workflows.
- Used to a room with Sales, Customer Success, and engineering in it.
Nice to have
- 2+ years in consulting (strategy or implementation).
- Prototyping skills (Figma, Replit, Cursor, Claude Code).
- Coding background or technical fluency to partner closely with engineering.
- Forward-deployed or time sitting with the customer.
- Startup experience: comfort with ambiguity and rapid execution.
