Description

Grab your cape, become a SuperHyro!

Hyro, the leading Agentic Care Communications platform, enables health systems to safely automate workflows and conversations across their most valuable platforms, services, and channels-including call centers, websites, SMS, mobile apps, and more. Hyro's customers, which include Baptist Health, Hackensack Meridian Health, Tampa General Hospital, and Inova Health System, benefit from AI agents that are fully HIPAA-compliant, fast to deploy, easy to maintain, and simple to scale-generating better conversations, successful patient outcomes, and revenue-driving insights.

What are we looking for?

You love finding opportunities in healthcare and turning them into clear differentiation. Building a go-to-market plan for a new vertical that lands its first $200K deal? That's a fist pump. Generating SQLs with a product explainer video? That's a champagne popper. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will shape positioning, messaging and launches for Hyro's AI agents, brief industry analysts, and equip our sales and BDR teams to win new deals. You are a strategist and an executor with great attention to detail, and you want to help mature our marketing processes and amplify our product offering.

Does this sound like you? If you're curious, analytical and a great marketer, we want you to grab your cape and become a SuperHyro. This position works closely with the marketing, product, sales, and engagement manager teams.

Responsibilities
  • Own the go-to-market strategy for your suite of products, including segmentation, positioning, messaging, pricing and packaging, and product naming
  • Lead product launches and releases end-to-end with product, sales and customer success, aligning release dates and making sure every team knows what is shipping and why
  • Create launch collateral that sales and marketing actually use, including one-pagers, decks, landing pages, explainer videos and webinars
  • Enable the sales and BDR teams with sharp pitches and materials for major launches and smaller releases, and present directly to sales teams
  • Build customer and persona insights and brief industry analysts to sharpen our positioning in healthcare
  • Create GTM plans and own research for entrance into new segments, including training GTM teams, creating and adapting existing materials to match each segment’s unique pain points, and creating competitor-proof positioning.
  • Create a feedback loop between sales, customer success and product that brings field insights into the product roadmap
  • Partner with growth and content marketers to tie our value propositions into brand campaigns
  • Help mature our launch and enablement processes as Hyro grows into a larger organization
Requirements
  • 4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record leading product launches, from positioning and material creation through to training and sales enablement
  • Strong go-to-market skills, including positioning, messaging and competitor analysis
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with confidence presenting in front of GTM teams
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize several projects at once
  • Independent self-starter who takes initiative, proposes creative solutions and needs little direction
  • Collaborative partner to marketing, product, sales, customer success and design teams
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
  • Experience in Healthcare & AI products- an advantage
