The Talent Acquisition team shapes who Alloy becomes. We come from different backgrounds and bring different skill sets to the work, we sit close to leadership, and we care about precision over volume. This is not a fill-the-req function. The programs, the process, and the culture of recruiting at Alloy are all still being built, and the people who join get a real hand in building them. Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. You'll run full-cycle searches with a center of gravity in GTM, and you'll shape how recruiting works at Alloy rather than only working the reqs in front of you.

• Own the recruiting cycle end to end for your searches, from sourcing and candidate engagement through the interview experience and the offer
• Build pipeline through creative sourcing across databases, referrals, events, and professional communities, treating sourcing as the core craft of the role rather than a step in it
• Partner with hiring managers across GTM, and occasionally other functions, to scope roles, set expectations, and advise on how to run a search well
• Stay embedded in the teams you hire for so you can speak to their work credibly with candidates
• Read the funnel and independently drive the fix when a search stalls, using metrics to locate the problem rather than to report on it
• Keep candidate and search records accurate in our ATS and report on hiring progress to leadership
• Lead the direction of recruiting programs and employer brand work that outlast any single search

Must-haves:

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with real depth in GTM hiring across sales, marketing, client success, and operations
• Strong creative sourcing skills, with a track record of building pipeline for hard searches instead of working inbound applicants
• Experience recruiting at volume without letting candidate experience slip
• The ability to influence senior stakeholders and hold a point of view with hiring managers
• Comfort with recruiting data, using funnel metrics to diagnose a search and change course
• Fluency with modern recruiting tooling, including an applicant tracking system and sourcing platforms

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience at companies between Series B and IPO, where the hiring bar and the process were still being set
• Exposure to technical or G&A hiring alongside a GTM core
• A hand in building recruiting programs, employer brand work, or interviewer training

Alloy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. Your recruiter will be happy to walk you through the details and what compensation could look like for you specifically!

This position has a salary range of $139,000 - $164,000.
