We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-driven self-starter to join our growing team. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a portfolio of accounts, and developing strong, long-term client relationships. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who wants to make a measurable impact within the ticket marketplace while continuing to develop their commercial expertise. 

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – New York, NY 

What You'll Do: 

  • Revenue Growth & Relationship management:  
    • Drive sales and adoption of strategic products in line with quarterly targets 
    • Identify opportunities and develop new ideas that contribute to revenue growth 
    • Create and execute an effective outreach and account-management strategy for your book of business 
    • Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ needs, objectives, and challenges to position our products and services effectively 
    • Leverage your industry knowledge and established client relationships to influence client behavior and drive commercial outcomes 
    • Proactively deepen your knowledge of the industry, market trends, and our product portfolio to manage your book of business independently 
    • Deliver individual results that contribute to the Sales Team’s quarterly goals 
  • Client Support 
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients by providing proactive, informed, and commercially focused support 
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders 
    • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a high level of client satisfaction 
  • Documentation and Reporting: 
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client communications, account activity, and opportunities in Salesforce 
    • Ensure key actions, commitments, and follow-up activities are clearly documented and completed 

What You've Done: 

  • Experience - 4-6+ years of proven experience in sales (ideally ad-driven)/ account management, ideally e-commerce or IT/tech industry.
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing preferred.  
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver against sales targets 
  • Excellent communication, negotiations and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities 
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results 
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Desire to learn and grow within the company. 
  • Salesforce or another CRM tool knowledge will be a plus

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.

$115,000—$130,000 USD
