We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Social Media & Brand Manager to own Elevate's social presence and build it into a leading B2B event brand.

You'll drive social strategy across our primary platform, LinkedIn and YouTube, translate event goals into engaging content, and use performance data to optimize everything from awareness to long-term brand equity.

This is not a standard event role; Elevate is a high-profile, large-scale production that represents the company on a global stage.

About The Role

Build the strategy:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for Elevate that align with event goals, audience priorities, and broader business objectives.

  • Conduct market and competitive analysis across leading B2B events to identify opportunities to strengthen Elevate’s external presence and positioning

Run the organic play:

  • Plan and execute campaigns for launches, announcements, and key event moments

  • Own Elevate's social content calendar for LinkedIn

  • Lead creator collaborations and strategic partnerships that drive attendance, extend brand reach, and build community around Elevate

  • Drive live and post-event coverage to maintain momentum before, during, and after Elevate

Create and collaborate

  • Partner with video creators to develop social-first content that drives engagement

  • Work with creative and brand teams to ensure content reflects Elevate's voice and visual identity

  • Coordinate with PR, brand and paid media teams to amplify reach and follower growth

Measure what matters:

  • Track and report on KPIs, including follower growth, engagement, and content performance

  • Use insights to continuously optimize content formats, timing, and channel focus

  • Stay current on B2B social and event trends, applying them strategically to Elevate

Requirements

  • 5+ years owning social channels for B2B brands (tech, SaaS, or event environments preferred)

  • Proven track record building and scaling social presence using content and data

  • Strong experience with LinkedIn as a core organic channel, both paid and organic strategy and execution

  • Hands-on video editing skills with ability to create, edit, and publish social-first video content independently that drives engagement (including sizzles, highlights, event recaps, and scroll-stopping shorts)

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into measurable social outcomes

  • Hands-on content creation experience, including collaboration with video and creative teams

  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using performance data to inform decisions

  • Thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders

What monday.com can offer you:

  • Opportunity to join a well-funded, proven company with big ambitions, competitive salary and benefits package, bonus potential, and eligibility to take part in the company equity incentive program

  • An amazing company culture that values transparency and collaboration while never forgetting to have fun while we work!

  • Monthly stipends for food, wellness, and commuter/remote work

  • Fully dedicated learning and development team that provides opportunities for our employees to hone and gain new skills

  • Award-winning work environment - named a “Best Place to Work” by BuiltIn as well as “Great Place To Work” certified

  • We foster diversity, inclusion, and belonging through our Employee Resource Groups in addition to providing access to resources and education to support our team, facilitate conversations, and encourage understanding

  • A global work environment with employees in Tel Aviv, New York, San Francisco, Denver, London, Kiev, Sydney, São Paulo, and Tokyo
