  • Partner with designers, editors, and creators to bring concepts to life through compelling visual storytelling
  • Take a hands-on approach to content creation, including independently capturing content and appearing on camera when needed

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Track performance against key social KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize existing content, inform future creative, and engage audiences
  • Partner with the Director of Social to translate performance insights into content optimizations that strengthen engagement and brand affinity
  • Test and optimize content formats, creative approaches, hooks, and CTAs based on performance insights
  • Monitor social listening, audience sentiment to identify opportunities for engagement
  • Manage day-to-day community management, ensuring consistency in brand voice, tone, and engagement

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  •  Integrated Partners: Work closely with Growth, Lifecycle, Social, Partnerships and museum teams to understand the business objective, audience, channel and experience behind each assignment.

The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $155,000 USD, dependent on experience, as well as an annual bonus and options.
