What we’re looking for in this role

  • Demonstrated track record of high-volume sourcing, interviewing, pitching and closing exceptional talent as a full-cycle recruiter
  • 5+ years of relevant experience within the recruiting space
  • An understanding of best practices in recruiting, and a proven ability to apply those best practices with measurable success
  • A genuine curiosity around and ability to understand people’s goals and motivations
  • Excitement to shape and build Ribbon’s culture by bringing in the very highest-performing mission-driven people 

Your day-to-day

  • Source, nurture, interview, and close candidates on relevant roles at Ribbon while providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop, execute and iterate upon our recruiting playbook, to consistently identify and attract exceptional, high-performing, kind, and diverse talent
  • Build and implement interview guides, rubrics, hiring materials, and other recruiting habits of excellence to ensure our process is equitable and comprehensive
  • Train the team in identifying, recruiting, and interviewing new additions to Ribbon in a values-aligned way
  • Work on recruiting related projects with impact on the entire function or organization

We seek to make Ribbon the best career decision anyone’s ever made. Part of fulfilling this vision is a compelling total compensation package. The base salary range for this role is between $145,000-$162,000. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. Ribbon also offers a competitive equity package, health insurance, parental leave, 401K matching, and other great benefits.
