The Opportunity

Superhuman is a suite of great products, and what turns that collection into a cohesive experience is the platform underneath them. We're looking for a Senior TPM to drive the technical programs behind our Central Infrastructure: the shared identity, billing, provisioning, and data systems that every Superhuman product builds on.

This role sits at the heart of our Trampoline initiative, our company-wide effort to accelerate the growth of Superhuman's newest products—Mail, Docs, GPTZero, and Go—in a repeatable, scalable way. The Superhuman platform should deliver a single shared foundation for login, administration, billing, and other capabilities. That foundation is what you'll help build and land. It's the common backbone that products use to plan and build their features, that go-to-market teams use to reach and communicate with users, and that Finance uses to accurately model the company.

You'll be the connective tissue across identity (UMS), usage based billing (Stripe), provisioning, and data workstreams and their engineering DRIs—driving alignment on a shared roadmap, sequencing dependencies so downstream growth and product teams aren't blocked, and turning "central infra" from a set of parallel efforts into a coherent, delivered platform. Critically, you'll also make integration repeatable: every new product we build or acquire should reach a common baseline of identity, billing, and data infrastructure fast enough that product and growth teams can do their jobs on it from day one.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong systems thinking, technical acumen, and the ability to orchestrate across engineering, product, growth, RevOps, and Finance for maximum business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end technical program for Central Infra, coordinating the identity (UMS), billing (Stripe), provisioning, SKU, and data (Databricks) workstreams into a single, sequenced roadmap with clear owners, dependencies, and committed timelines.

  • Serve as the primary connective tissue between Central Infra engineering DRIs and the product, growth, RevOps, and Finance teams that depend on them—translating shared-platform requirements into technical priorities and surfacing tradeoffs early.

  • Drive the critical path for the core infrastructure substrate—canonical user identity, a repeatable path to core billing, and a common data-onboarding schema—so downstream systems like Lifecycle Marketing, Paid Acquisition, and product features are unblocked in the right order rather than blocked by default.

  • Make product integration repeatable and fast. Partner with engineering and M&A stakeholders to define a standard onboarding playbook—identity within X weeks, data within Y weeks, billing within Z weeks—so every new or acquired product (Mail, Docs, GPTZero, and beyond) reaches a common infrastructure baseline predictably instead of through bespoke, one-off migrations.

  • Run the Central Infra operating cadence: Facilitate planning, drive weekly status and tracker updates against commitments and SLAs, manage escalations, and keep a clear DACI so decisions get made, logged, and communicated.

  • Drive the program instrumentation and reporting that let leadership see whether Central Infra is on- or off-track: shared definitions of "done" per workstream, dependency maps, and a scorecard that ties infrastructure delivery to trampoline outcomes.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years driving complex, cross-functional technical programs in fast-scaling technology companies, ideally spanning platform, infrastructure, or shared-services work that many teams depend on.

  • Deep comfort with platform and infrastructure domains. You don't write the code, but you understand system flows and block architectures for things like identity and authentication, billing and payments, provisioning, SKU/entitlements, and data pipelines—enough to advocate for technical direction and push back thoughtfully.

  • A proven track record designing systems and processes that scale. You've built frameworks, playbooks, or operating models that made integration and delivery easier and helped organizations move faster while staying reliable—turning one-off efforts into repeatable engines.

  • Fluent across audiences: you translate effortlessly between engineering DRIs, product and growth leaders, RevOps and Finance partners, and executive stakeholders, building bridges where others see barriers.

  • A self-starter who connects the dots others miss. You gather context in ambiguous, multi-owner spaces, identify gaps in ownership and sequencing, and chart the path forward without waiting for perfect instructions—juggling multiple high-stakes workstreams without dropping balls.

  • Data informs your decisions and relationships drive your impact. You bring metrics and evidence to the table, and you know that landing change across a matrixed program requires understanding what motivates each team and adapting your approach accordingly.

  • Experience orchestrating programs with 3+ team dependencies across organizational boundaries, ideally including infrastructure migrations, platform consolidations, or M&A/product integrations.

  • Thrives in ambiguity and moves with purpose—pivoting between deep technical discussion and big-picture strategy, maintaining momentum through shifting priorities, and knowing when to power through versus pause for alignment.
