Design intuitive, intelligent workflows that seamlessly blend human decision-making with AI assistance.
Translate complex technical concepts, data models, and IT processes into clear, elegant UX patterns.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and end-to-end design flows for enterprise-grade software with consumer-grade simplicity.
Define interaction patterns for AI-driven experiences, including prompts, conversational flows, recommendations, and adaptive UI states.
Partner closely with founders, engineering, and product to shape product direction from 0→1.
Conduct user research and usability testing, synthesizing insights into actionable design decisions.
Advocate for user needs while balancing technical constraints and business priorities.
Build and maintain a scalable design system for an AI-native, multi-surface product environment.
Iterate rapidly in a high-velocity startup environment, embracing ambiguity and continuous learning.
Qualifications
5-10 years of UX/Product Design experience, at a top enterprise SaaS company. Portfolio demonstrating exceptional interaction design, systems thinking, workflow design, and problem-solving for complex products
Mastery of Figma and modern prototyping tools (Framer, ProtoPie, Principle, etc.)
Deep familiarity with AI-powered products and emerging interaction patterns for LLM-driven interfaces.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale across disciplines.
Comfort operating in fast-paced environments and driving high-quality work under rapid iteration cycles.
Comfortable with rapid iteration in a fast-paced, high-velocity startup environment
Bonus: experience in service design, design research, information architecture, or systems modeling.
Background in IT operations, ITSM, DevOps, or complex enterprise domains is a plus.
