About you

The Senior Vice President, Sales and Solutions, Global Occupier Services is a strategic leadership position responsible for building platform led solutions for the largest occupiers of real estate. This individual will leverage a well-established network of enterprise relationships to secure new business, expand existing relationships, and craft compelling service delivery models for large corporate clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Create and manage a pipeline of clients and pursuits and drive those pursuits to success. This individual will partner within the Global Occupier Services team to surface opportunities, leverage marketing resources, and align engagement efforts to strengthen our competitive position.

  • Contribute to innovation in the sales process and improvement of proposal/pitch content.

  • Directly develop sales opportunities and lead members of the Sales and Solutions team to build compelling solutions for the largest global occupier clients, primarily those with real estate executive decision makers based in the US.

  • A deep understanding of our outsourcing scope, which will be transaction management, portfolio strategy, project management, lease administration and technology services, and various complementary advisory services.

  • Support overall Global Occupier Services business targets and goals, working closely with Head of U.S. Enterprise Client Solutions to incorporate an advisory, solution-centered approach to clients, developing broader and higher relationships with target clients.

  • Ensure deep knowledge of target markets and the competitive landscape. Develop prospective relationships and accounts.

  • Development of RFP and RFI responses, proposals, and other standard documents, facilitating vital input from multiple business lines, offices and individuals globally.

  • Preparation and production of outstanding, customized, client specific presentations and proposals and other client deliverables.

  • Ability to travel as needed.

What you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrated existing quality relationships with executives and decision makers with major US-based global corporations (Fortune 500).

  • Track record in “solutioning” and winning integrated, global, multi-service line Enterprise level engagements.

  • Ability to build and develop accurate internal proformas and provide feedback to leaders on the commercial viability of pursuit opportunities.

  • Demonstrated solid understanding of Portfolio Optimization, CRE Strategy, CRE Organizational Design, Account and Transaction Management, Project Management, Lease Administration and technology.

  • Previous experience managing projects globally, with multiple stakeholders.

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Strong skills in the following areas: negotiation, business management, human relations, financial analysis, relationship building, time management, planning and organizing, written and verbal communications.

  • Strong ability to work under pressure, perceive problems and react quickly to effect solutions.

  • Experience in developing and implementing innovative products and services within an existing corporate real estate or service provider environment.

  • Consistent track record of creative problem solving and ideation.

Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings in New York, Colliers is disclosing the following information:

  • Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $220,000/year - $260,000/year.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Benefits  
Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 sick days and a minimum of 15 vacation days annually.  Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off.  Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year.  Employees may also be permitted up to 4-12 weeks of paid parental leave depending on eligibility criteria. Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law. 

Bonus 
This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
