About Nevis

Nevis is building the world’s first AI wealth management platform. We are building the system financial advisors will run on for the next decade. Our AI completes work, automates workflows end to end, and frees advisors to spend more time with clients. In the future, every wealth management firm will run on Nevis.

Nevis was founded by an exceptional team of ex-Revolut executives and has raised a total of $40 million from world leading investors including Sequoia Capital, ICONIQ and Ribbit.

The Role

As one of Nevis's founding SMB Account Executives, you'll play a pivotal role building and scaling the high velocity side of Nevis’s GTM motion. You will focus on smaller, fast growing RIAs and independent advisory firms who are ready to adopt AI into their workflow.

This is a rare opportunity to build an entire motion from the ground up. You will own the full sales cycle, test and refine messaging, run fast evaluations, and help shape how Nevis delivers value to smaller and mid sized firms. You will partner directly with the founding team, work closely with product, and play a critical role in defining the future of our commercial engine.

If you want to sell a product that customers genuinely love, move with speed, and build a scalable new business segment, this role is a perfect fit.

What You Will Do
  • Own a book of business across warm inbound leads and a targeted SMB account list.

  • Run a high velocity sales motion while maintaining a consultative, solution oriented approach.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to evaluation and contracting.

  • Build clear and compelling ROI narratives grounded in advisor workflows and operational pain points.

  • Deliver tailored demos and product presentations that help prospects understand value quickly.

  • Develop strong relationships with firm owners, operations leads, and senior advisors.

  • Work cross functionally with product and engineering to communicate customer needs, product gaps, and market insights.

  • Create repeatable tactics, messaging, and collateral that improve the performance of the SMB sales team.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and activity expectations with consistency.

Who You Are
  • Proven experience selling software or SaaS with success in high velocity or SMB motions.

  • Ability to run a full sales cycle independently from first touch to close.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non technical audiences.

  • A disciplined operator who can manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and stay organised.

  • Excited by the mission of using AI to transform how work gets done in wealth management.

  • A team player who collaborates effectively across sales, product, and leadership.

  • Energised by building new processes, improving playbooks, and contributing to team culture.

Why Join Nevis
  • Work directly with a high calibre founding team backed by Sequoia, ICONIQ and Ribbit.

  • Build the SMB motion of one of the most ambitious AI companies in the world.

  • Operate in a fast moving environment where you have real ownership and responsibility.

  • Sell a product that is reshaping an industry with trillions in assets and massive inefficiencies.

  • The opportunity to define the future of AI in wealth management and grow your career at the same time.
