About Qualitate

Qualitate is building the AI-native primary intelligence platform for enterprises, investment firms, and asset managers. We automate the entire primary research workflow, from study design and expert recruitment through AI-moderated interviews and insight synthesis – replacing weeks of manual research with hours of high-signal output.

Expert research is a broken industry dominated by legacy incumbents with expensive, manual, and slow services. Investment and corporate strategy teams spend hundreds of hours coordinating intermediaries, scheduling expert calls, and synthesizing insights across fragmented providers. The process takes weeks to produce short-lived intelligence.

Qualitate transforms this workflow by autonomously conducting expert discussions at scale using AI. Qualitate’s AI Moderator interviews thousands of experts simultaneously each month, capturing forward-looking purchasing plans, competitive displacement, and real-time ROI signals. The platform turns these interviews into quantified, time-series outputs tracking over 10,000 public and private companies – queryable instantly in natural language.

Our customers include some of the world’s largest enterprises, hedge funds, PE firms, credit investors, and venture capital firms.

The Role

Help build Qualitate’s voice and audience across social media.

We’re looking for a Social & Content Manager with strong writing skills, original ideas, and a feel for the conversations shaping technology and business. You’ll turn our research, customer stories, product developments, and founder perspectives into content that earns attention and brings the right people to Qualitate.

Reporting to the Head of Insights, you’ll own day-to-day social execution and help bring broader campaigns to life. You’ll work closely with our founder, Research, and Marketing, with room to develop new formats, build creator relationships, and test your own ideas.

You’ll have a rich source of original material to work with: thousands of expert conversations, proprietary research, and customers changing how they make decisions. Your job is to find what will resonate and get it in front of the right audience.

What You’ll Own
  • Creative concepts and new formats. Develop distinctive ways to bring Qualitate’s research, people, and product to life. Invent recurring series, pitch unexpected campaign ideas, and experiment with short-form video, visual storytelling, interactive content, and creator collaborations. Take ideas from concept through production and launch, then use audience response to refine them.

  • Social strategy and publishing. Own the content calendar and publishing across Qualitate’s and our founder’s accounts, initially focused on X and LinkedIn. Develop a recognizable presence, balancing planned campaigns with timely content that responds to what our audiences are discussing.

  • Founder and company voice. Draft posts and thought leadership that reflect distinct perspectives and sound natural. Work directly with our founder and team to draw out ideas, experiences, and opinions worth sharing, and find compelling ways to present them.

  • Research and campaign content. Turn research findings, customer stories, and product updates into compelling posts, threads, and creative briefs. Find multiple angles within each piece of research and support related campaign writing, including launch emails, newsletters, and landing pages.

  • Daily engagement and audience development. Follow relevant investors, business leaders, creators, and industry conversations. Identify opportunities to contribute useful perspectives, build relationships, and bring our research into the discussion.

  • Creator and partner campaigns. Identify relevant creators and partners, develop collaboration ideas and briefs, and manage outreach, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate amplification across employees, investors, customers, and partners.

  • Content systems and ownership. Build and own repeatable workflows for planning, creating, reviewing, and distributing content. Use AI and automation to improve recurring work and address bottlenecks. Take responsibility for timelines, contributors, and follow-through, proactively solving problems and carrying projects through launch and measurement.

  • Performance and learning. Track which topics, formats, and channels attract the right audience and generate engagement, traffic, and commercial interest. Work with Marketing to understand results and make clear recommendations on what to expand, improve, or stop.

Who This Role Is For
  • You understand social. You spend time in relevant online communities and have a point of view on what makes content work. You understand how tone, timing, format, and audience shape a post’s reception.

  • You’re an excellent writer. You can find a strong hook, make a complex idea clear, and adapt to different voices. You care about accuracy and can make a finding interesting without overstating it.

  • You bring original ideas. You notice opportunities, propose unexpected angles, and enjoy trying things. You’re comfortable explaining your thinking and challenging an approach when you see a better one.

  • You’re curious about technology and business. You want to understand what investors and corporate decision-makers care about, and can quickly get up to speed on unfamiliar topics.

  • You follow through. You can manage several moving pieces, stay on top of deadlines, and communicate early when something needs attention. You take responsibility for getting work published and learning from the results.

  • You use AI thoughtfully. You use AI tools to research, brainstorm, draft, and improve your workflows, while applying your own judgment to the final work.

  • You have work to show. You likely have 1–3 years of relevant experience in social, content, communications, or a related field. Strong independent projects, personal accounts, and community-building experience count too.

What Sets You Apart
  • You’ve grown an engaged audience for yourself, a founder, a publication, or a company.

  • You’ve created content for audiences in technology, investing, financial services, or B2B.

  • You’ve worked with creators or helped run a campaign from concept through launch and measurement.

  • You can create simple graphics, edit short video clips, or give clear direction to designers and editors.

  • You can show examples of ideas you originated, explain why they worked, and discuss what you learned when they didn’t.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $100-140K, depending on experience.

  • Bonus: Eligible for cash bonus tied to individual and company performance.

  • Equity: Meaningful early-stage grant with upside tied to company growth.

  • Benefits: Health coverage, flexible PTO, and paid holidays.

  • Location: Full-time, hybrid in New York City.
