Job Description

Engineering and integration of the existing portfolio of applications. 

Build solutions in line with business requirements for existing and new technologies 

Integrate applications to AIG ecosystem based on CTO Office infrastructure, network and service standards 

Work with vendors, internal and external technology teams as well as business to successfully deliver solution 

Architecture and Design 

Assess products, create and maintain architecture diagrams as well as being instrumental in assessment and implementation of new technologies. 

Maintain Application portfolio detail per APM standards 

Understand application architecture, and application deliver best practices 

Work with project manager to ensure delivery is on time and with quality 

Support 

L3 support of the development teams 

Working with vendor and internal technical teams to resolve issues 

Incident support and guidance 

Change Management 

Qualifications

Engineering background with experience in integrating applications

Working knowledge and experience 

Windows server platforms; Linux a plus 

SQL DB, scripting and ability to troubleshoot 

Networks 

Virtualization, VM 

Tomcat; Java understanding 

Project Management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile (aplus)) 

Ability to create Visio diagrams and PowerPoints
