This role sits within ICONIQ’s Technology team, which empowers our global organization through innovative, secure, and scalable solutions. As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner across the firm to design and deliver systems that enhance operations, improve client service, and support thoughtful innovation, including the integration of AI.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Lead delivery of projects, including planning, execution, and release coordination
- Build and enhance systems such as Salesforce, including workflows, dashboards, and automations
- Design and implement integrations across enterprise platforms
- Apply AI tools to improve solution design and operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure reliability and user satisfaction
- Create documentation and training materials to support users
- Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes
Ideal Candidate Background:
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus. We value team members who are curious about leveraging AI to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and drive innovation.
- 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a corporate or consulting environment
- Experience working with AI tools or large language model platforms
- Familiarity with programming or query languages such as Python, SQL, or Apex
- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong project management experience in fast-paced environments
- Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $170,000-$190,000 together with the benefits listed above.
