About The Opportunity

The Wonder Sourcing team is looking for a motivated and analytical Sourcing Analyst to join our food procurement team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years’ experience) to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced commercial environment. You’ll support the sourcing function with data analysis and financial modeling, and take on responsibility for a small product category—assisting in sourcing new products, negotiating pricing, and managing category-level cost performance.

The Impact You Will Make

Data & Financial Analysis:

  • Support the creation of pricing models and cost trackers to help monitor category performance and supplier pricing.

  • Analyze procurement and sales data to identify trends, cost changes, and margin opportunities.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and supplier reviews.

  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting by compiling and interpreting data from internal systems and market sources.

  • Track commodity and market trends to support commercial planning and risk analysis.

Buying Support:

  • Assist in managing a small product category within the food portfolio.

  • Help identify new product opportunities and support initial sourcing activities.

  • Liaise with suppliers to gather pricing, lead time, and specification information.

  • Support basic pricing negotiations under guidance, contributing to value and margin goals.

  • Assist in managing the cost of goods sold (COGS) budget for your category, including updating internal tools and flagging cost changes.

  • Work cross-functionally with NPD, Technical, and Quality Assurance teams to help onboard new products and suppliers.

  • Maintain accurate records of supplier and product data within procurement systems.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 0–2 years of experience in a supply chain, procurement, or buying role—internships or placements within the food or FMCG industry are a plus.

  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to work with data sets, use formulas, and create basic models.

  • Interest in pricing, supplier management, and commercial decision-making.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills and the confidence to work with internal teams and external suppliers.

  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about food sourcing, cost structures, and supply chain operations.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

New York/New Jersey: $96,000 - $102,000 per year.
