Leads full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offer extensions, candidate communication, referral programs, pipeline tracking, and hiring-manager coordination. Develops recruitment strategies, builds talent pipelines, represents the company at recruiting events, maintains confidential records, supports regulatory reporting, and ensures compliance with employment laws. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, problem-solving, confidentiality, and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities- Implements overall recruiting strategy outlined by the organization for every position
assigned, including but not limited to understanding job profile, posting positions,
screening applicants, evaluating candidate capabilities, managing & conducting
interviews, coordinating logistics and providing feedback to hiring manager. - Prepares recruitment materials and uses traditional and non-traditional resources to
create and execute robust search strategies which identify and attract the best and
brightest talent (placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups,
job board postings, and social media, and supporting college recruiting programs and
initiatives) - Stay abreast of talent market conditions and provide insights to Company leadership
to enable attraction of top talent by developing sourcing models and plans to generate
talent pipe. - Serve as an ambassador for the company at various recruitment functions such as job
fairs, career expos, community network events, job boards, college recruiting, and
social media - Administers appropriate assessments and pre-employment testing to assess
applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes - Extends verbal and written contingent job offers
- Maintains employee referral program details
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding
recruiting process - Regularly track the pipeline of applicants in tracking system, complete weekly activity
reporting, - Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the group sharing new information
about industries and talent pools or profile types. - Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses;
verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements - Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules, welcoming applicant to interviews,
arranging facility tours and other duties to ensure that candidates have an enjoyable
interview. - Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy
- Work to ensure adherence to all federal/state laws and regulations as well as HR best
practice - Assist with regulatory reporting
- Perform other duties, including administrative tasks and assist with special projects as
assigned or required.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of recent full-cycle recruiting experience
- Highly organized, detail orientated, and accurate
- Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills
- Time management skills; Able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously to meet
deadlines - Able to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be resourceful and exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and a sense of urgency
- Encourage and support a positive and professional work atmosphere
- Ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality of records and personal information
