As a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison with CPS Solutions, LLC, you will support the daily operations of the health system's specialty pharmacy, with a primary focus on prescription processing and dispensing support. Working closely with pharmacists and the pharmacy team, you will help ensure timely and accurate medication fulfillment while supporting pharmacy workflow and service operations. This position works under the direct supervision of a pharmacist.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm, 40 hours per week

- Handle medication distribution logistics, including cold-chain management and direct-to-patient shipping
- Maintain detailed documentation and reporting, meeting REMS, FDA, and manufacturer program requirements
- Provide high-touch patient support, addressing non-clinical questions and navigating access barriers
- Ensure compliance with specialty pharmacy regulations, accreditation standards, and quality metrics

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recent work experience as a Pharmacy Technician, ideally in specialty or outpatient settings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a health system, hospital, specialty, or retail pharmacy setting
- Experience with prescription dispensing, medication verification, and pharmacy operations
- Solid knowledge of medication therapies, age-specific dosing, and pharmacy regulations
- Proficiency with pharmacy dispensing systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
