The Sr Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the organization. This role will partner closely with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to provide actionable insights, improve financial visibility, and support decision-making.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and translate financial data into clear business insights. The role requires strong financial modeling and Excel skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to effectively communicate with both Finance and operational stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Forecasting
  • Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range planning.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and financial planning templates.
  • Analyze actual results against budget, forecast, and prior year, identifying key drivers and trends.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop financial assumptions and understand changes in business performance.
  • Support scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to assess potential business outcomes.
  • Prepare financial analyses and materials for senior Finance and business leadership.
Management Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including revenue, gross profit, EBITDA, headcount, and operating expense analysis.
  • Develop clear and concise commentary explaining financial performance and key variances.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends and communicate them to Finance leadership.
  • Support the preparation of management presentations and business review materials.
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and consistent with established methodologies.
Business Partnership
  • Serve as a finance partner to assigned business units and functional areas.
  • Develop a strong understanding of business operations, key performance indicators, and financial drivers.
  • Work with business leaders to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and manage costs.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and decision support for strategic initiatives, investments, and organizational changes.
Process & Reporting Improvements
  • Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting, and financial models.
  • Automate and streamline recurring reporting and analysis where appropriate.
  • Help establish standardized reporting methodologies and improve data quality.
  • Support Finance transformation initiatives, including systems, reporting, and planning enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of relevant FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking experience.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
  • Strong understanding of P&L statements, cash flow, and key financial metrics.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify key drivers, and communicate conclusions clearly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a complex, multi-business-unit organization.
  • Experience with financial planning/reporting systems and ERP platforms.
  • Experience supporting senior Finance or business leadership.
  • Experience with Power BI, PowerPoint or other data visualization/reporting tools.
  • Experience in media, entertainment, talent, fashion, licensing, or another professional services environment.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$82,500 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:

$110,000 annually
