Job Description:

Senior Manager, Registration & Database (Global Visa Program)

MKTG Sports + Entertainment is seeking a Senior Manager, Registration & Database to lead the build, management, and year‑round ownership of the global registration platform supporting Visa’s sports hospitality programs. This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond general event planning and is now a true registration specialist — someone who understands platforms, data, workflows, and communication at a deep operational level.  You will serve as the anchor for registration operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong execution across global programs.

What You’ll Own

  • End‑to‑end ownership of the global registration platform, including builds, updates, data structure, and workflow accuracy

  • Creation and review of registration copy, guest communications, and program descriptions

  • Year‑round leadership of the registration team’s workload, priorities, and support for Visa programs

  • Management of customer database systems tied to registration, ensuring data quality and scalability

  • Daily registration operations including guest list management, attendee communications, and inquiry resolution

  • Registration reporting, dashboards, and client‑ready materials (guest lists, itineraries, collateral)

  • Cross‑functional alignment with event operations, guest experience, merchandise, and ticketing teams

  • Support for global merchandise operations including branding alignment, inventory tracking, and worldwide fulfillment

  • Clear communication of timelines, status, and next steps during client calls and internal meetings

  • Continuous improvement of registration processes, tools, and communication workflows

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in registration management, database management, ticketing operations, or program operations

  • Strong experience with registration platforms, websites, or customer data systems

  • Excellent writing skills for registration copy, guest communications, and system content

  • High comfort working with structured data, tracking progress, and maintaining accuracy

  • Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or high‑profile clients

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and communication streams

Why This Role Matters

Visa’s global hospitality programs rely on a consistent, accurate, and scalable registration system. This role is the operational backbone — ensuring guests receive the right information, the right access, and the right experience every time. You will be the decision maker, the platform owner, and the person who keeps the entire registration ecosystem running smoothly.
