About LoopMe

LoopMe uses AI to change how brand advertising is bought, measured, and optimised. Where most adtech platforms optimise for impressions or clicks, we optimise for what actually matters to brands — awareness, purchase intent, foot traffic, and sales. Our outcomes-based approach consistently delivers 2–5x the performance of industry benchmarks, which is why the world's leading brands, agencies, and publishers work with us.

We've grown at 40% CAGR every year since 2018, generating over $2 billion in cumulative gross revenue, and we're building toward $1 billion in annual revenue. That growth is powered by a 400-person global team across 19 cities — and by commercial talent that knows how to sell something genuinely differentiated in a crowded market. If you want to represent a product that wins on results, not relationships alone, this is the right place.

The Opportunity

You'll join LoopMe's Revenue team in a senior, high-visibility role at the center of the commercial organisation partnering with Sales, Product, and Client Services leadership to shape campaign measurement strategy, own the analytical narrative behind our platform, and help clients understand the real business impact of their advertising. You'll report to the SVP of Agency Partnerships and be a trusted advisor across the org on all things measurement.

What You'll Do
  • Lead research and analytics support for Sales and Marketing, including audience data, network metrics, normative benchmarks, and campaign insights that power case studies and sales collateral
  • Leverage LoopMe's proprietary measurement solutions and syndicated tools to develop and present audience and campaign analyses to senior client and internal stakeholders
  • Own the internal product story and market narrative — benchmarks, meta-analyses, and case studies that define how LoopMe is positioned in market
  • Partner directly with Product leadership to shape new measurement capabilities and enhancements to LoopMe's advertising outcomes platform
  • Manage third-party measurement vendors and partners, evaluating new solutions against vendor capabilities, industry trends, and evolving client needs
  • Lead the market research and tentpole insights function end to end — developing and launching surveys, identifying key insights and audiences, and building collateral for the sales team
  • Partner with revenue leadership to build and scale the insights function in support of key accounts
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for research and measurement conversations with clients
  • Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to solve high-priority client measurement problems
  • Set the bar for analytical rigor across the function — methodology validation, cross-checking, and defensible documentation of assumptions and limitations
What You'll Bring

Essential

  • Media research experience at a web publisher, media agency, DSP, SSP, DMP, or ad network
  • Deep understanding of media planning and media math — reach, frequency, audience composition, uplift, and outcomes measurement
  • Experience with syndicated media research tools, ad effectiveness platforms, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical ability, with the confidence to build and interpret quantitative analyses across complex data sets and media metrics
  • Clear, precise communication of findings and recommendations to senior client and internal stakeholders, with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency working with AI tools, including Claude and Gemini
  • Working knowledge of R and Python

Nice to Have

  • Experience building measurement POVs or research collateral in support of a sales or new business team
  • Familiarity with brand lift, foot traffic attribution, sales outcomes, MMM, and geo-based incrementality measurement methodologies
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing or media analytics (agency- or brand-side experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of measurement methodologies including brand lift, MMM, and geo incrementality testing
  • Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency working with AI tools, including Claude and Gemini
  • Working knowledge of R and Python
  • Proven track record operating as a senior IC — owning ambiguous problems and driving them to defensible, shipped outcomes with minimal direction
What We Can Offer
  • Bonus
  • Hybrid working — Tues–Thurs in our Union Square office
  • Self-Managed Vacation policy (no max on annual leave!)
  • 1 month work-from-anywhere
  • Healthcare
  • 401k
  • Summer Fridays (half-day Fridays, Memorial Day through Labor Day)
  • LoopMe Gives Back
  • Learning & development support, including internal mobility and bi-annual promotion cycles
