As a Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist — Digital Experience, you’ll shape the digital journeys that connect website engagement with ongoing marketing interactions in HubSpot.

You’ll bring together marketing automation, personalization, behavioral data, conversion optimization, and lead activity to create coordinated experiences that move prospects from initial engagement through nurture, conversion, and qualification. You’ll also help identify opportunities to use AI and emerging marketing technology to make those experiences more relevant, scalable, and effective.

This role sits at the intersection of digital experience and marketing operations. Rather than owning website design, development, copywriting, or creative production, you’ll focus on ensuring that our digital touchpoints connect effectively to HubSpot and support measurable customer journeys.

What You'll Do
  • Design and implement AI-enabled digital journeys across the website and HubSpot using workflows, forms, email, segmentation, personalization, and behavioral triggers.
  • Map customer journeys and build nurture programs that move prospects from anonymous visitors to known contacts and qualified engagement.
  • Identify next-best actions based on prospect behavior and coordinate experiences across marketing touchpoints.
  • Own the operational connection between the website and HubSpot, ensuring data is captured accurately.
  • Establish standards for website-to-HubSpot tracking and data collection so engagement can support segmentation, automation and lead nurturing.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for HubSpot automation, including emerging AI capabilities. Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve personalization, conversion, digital engagement, and marketer productivity.
  • Help define high-value digital engagement and partner with the team to determine which behaviors should contribute to lead scoring and qualification.
  • Maintain QA and documentation for major automations - including dependencies, triggers, and business rules.

Your Team

You’ll work across Marketing, Web, Content and Marketing Operations to connect digital engagement with the broader prospect journey. The role reports to the Director of Product Engagement with a team of 4 specialists who assist Marketing on launching global programs.

Your role will provide the operational bridge between website experiences, HubSpot, and downstream marketing and lead-management processes.

About You
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Automation
  • 2+ years of direct hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Experience designing and managing complex HubSpot workflows and nurture programs. You understand forms, landing pages, segmentation, personalization, and digital conversion
  • Experience working with digital advertising platforms that drive traffic into digital marketing experiences
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

What Sets You Apart

  • HubSpot certifications in Marketing Hub and related areas
  • Experience with website analytics and digital experience optimization
  • Experience with personalization and experimentation
  • Experience supporting B2B or global marketing organizations
  • Experience in applying AI capabilities to marketing automation
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP integrations, including platforms such as NetSuite
  • Familiarity with tracking scripts, tag management and web development concepts
