To scale with its growth in the Enterprise segment, Pendo is looking for a driven, strategic, and analytical Senior Revenue Operations Manager to help our revenue teams grow as skillfully and proficiently as possible. As a Senior RevOps Manager at Pendo, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing strategies that will help us optimize our revenue processes and drive revenue growth for the Enterprise team. Additionally, you will act as the main business partner to Enterprise leadership helping with territory planning, capacity planning and more. This role will partner closely with the organization's Sales, Marketing, and Data Analytics leaders and is an individual contributor role.
Role Responsibilities
- Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership to design and execute strategies that accelerate revenue growth and improve sales efficiency.
- Lead data-driven analysis to identify performance trends, forecast outcomes, and inform go-to-market decisions.
- Develop, optimize, and operationalize end-to-end sales processes for the Enterprise segment, ensuring scalability and alignment with company goals.
- Create and maintain executive-level reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline health, productivity, and conversion performance.
- Own key strategic projects such as territory design, territory carving and books of businesses.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior sales leadership by translating complex data into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
- Champion operational excellence across the revenue organization by leveraging AI, automation, and predictive analytics to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or Management Consulting within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver measurable business impact.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (and/or Google Sheets) and experience presenting insights to executive stakeholders.
- Solid business acumen and comprehension of Enterprise sales motions, forecasting, and funnel dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS company, ideally in a Senior RevOps or Strategy role supporting Enterprise or Global segments.
- Expertise with Salesforce, Looker (or other BI tools), and revenue analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with territory planning, quota management, and pipeline optimization methodologies.

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected base salary range for this role in the following location is:
New York City, NY - USD $140,800 - $174,600
Raleigh, NC - USD $134,200 - $166,000
Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
