About Edra

Edra is solving one of the hardest problems in enterprise AI: AI models are generic but company processes are specific. We build AI agents that learn how processes actually run, and then run their operations.

We're a Series A startup, backed by Sequoia and other leading VC firms, and we're growing our team in New York and London. We're a deeply technical team of engineers, AI researchers, and strategists with a high bar for talent and a shared belief that exceptional people are the foundation of everything great we'll build.

We’re hiring for a critical role

We’re looking for someone who thinks like a founder, writes like an editor, and ships like an operator.

Edra's work is outpacing its story. Our launch out of stealth resonated and real enterprise customers are in production. But the external presence has been uneven since launch, and the mission—making expertise scalable and preserving institutional knowledge—doesn't yet have the public articulation it deserves.

This is the role that builds that. It sits between the founders, customers, team, and public, and produces clarity where it matters most. It’s not marketing, not PR, and most importantly, it’s not strategy without execution.

The opportunity

Most organizations run on judgment that's never been written down. Edra captures how work actually happens and makes that knowledge structured, editable, and executable. Experts become authors; operators become directors; institutional judgment becomes durable infrastructure. We are building a company and product around the belief that operational knowledge is the next thing that becomes software infrastructure, and this role defines how we talk about that to the world.

In your first three months, you’ll establish the function and the cadence: revive the public presence, build the voice of the founders, ship the first customer stories, and articulate the category-defining language.

What you'll own
  • Public cadence. Own the rhythm: define it, own the calendar, ship regularly and on time, and don't let the company go quiet.

  • Industry engagement. Shape Edra’s perspective on trending industry conversations, and make sure we’re engaged in the right threads, discussions, and debates.

  • Founder voice. Extend Eugen and Yannis's voices to the world: long-form pieces, talks, podcasts, and more. Every piece compounds—recruiting, customer education, market credibility.

  • Customer storytelling. Edra's best artifact is our customers' work. Find those stories, draw them out, and ship them at a cadence that builds trust without exhausting anyone.

  • Recruiting narrative. Make Edra's culture and engineering philosophy legible to the people who'd thrive here, before they ever apply.

  • Category definition. Partner with the founders to shape how Edra is understood—the company defining a new paradigm, not "another AI startup."

What we're looking for
  • You've done work that mattered at a serious company, ideally partnering with founders or other key leaders at moments of inflection.

  • You ship—both high volume and high quality. You produce the brief, edit yourself, and don't wait for a team to deliver output.

  • You’re online and engaged in the AI community. You have perspectives on industry thought leaders and where Edra fits in, and you’ve thought about what we need to post, engage with, or respond to before you even get to the office in the morning (whether on X/Twitter, LinkedIn, or elsewhere).

  • You write across formats with taste, and you can distinguish authentic founder voice from corporate boilerplate.

  • You hold technical depth without writing code. Comfort with white-box AI, continual learning, and agentic execution is a plus.

  • You're allergic to slop—no corporate PR, no committee-shaped voice, and nothing that reads like it was written by an LLM.
